Breakfast Club
At Breakfast Club we provide an alternative for those who are not at ease with the traditional forms of service at 10am in a church building (both at St Mary's and the Methodist church).
Although at first glance you may think Breakfast Club is just for the children it is actually more than that!
At Breakfast Club we all seek to find God through more modern forms - encountered everyday - video, dvd, modern music, drama, art and craft activities, games, meeting and talking together over breakfast and praying in various ways.
We meet in the School Hall at Olveston School on Sunday mornings from 10am to 11am. (We go into the last 10 minutes of the service at St Mary's or the Methodist church once a month) For those who want to we also have 15 minutes of reflection and more "adult" prayer and worship at 11.30am after we've cleared away the breakfast club activities etc.
