At a joint Benefice meeting this morning attended by clergy and churchwardens for most of the parishes in North Severnside, the following measures were agreed:
Good practice hygiene measures will be implemented immediately – these include sanitiser and paper towels at the main door and in the toilets; elimination, wherever possible, of paper, warning notices and a risk assessment aimed at the over 70s.
The chain of leadership will be Rev David Moss, deputy Rev Steve Oram, under deputy Paul Harrod.
Contact with other organisations in the parish will be through Martin Gibson 01454 616856; 07990970725 and firstname.lastname@example.org. Many local groups are already active.
Olveston Stores (Sarah Riggs) is a principal focus point for everyone.

News regarding Mothering Sunday will be published very shortly.
The Agape supper is cancelled but a replacement Maundy Service is planned – more details to follow.
The church will be OPEN every day from 8:30am to 9:30am for PRAYER – or for you just to sit quietly on your own. After 10am the church will remain open until dusk.
Lent groups will continue as planned.
The Good Friday service will take place in a modified form – details follow.
The Easter morning dawn service is cancelled.
The Methodists 200th Anniversary celebrations scheduled to start in the week beginning 13th April have been postponed.
Open The Book will not be going into Olveston school in the immediate future.
